We want you to be relax whether you are a first time visitor or a usual customer, so here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about our spa and the spa experience in general.

Should I arrive early for my massage?

Yes, you will need to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24 hour advance notice cancellation policy if not followed you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service.  This also includes no-shows.

What do you require when booking an appointment?

We require a valid credit card or cash deposit, your name, and a phone number that you can be reached at.

What do you accept as payment in the spa?

We accept checks, cash, and most major credit cards.

Can I have alcohol at my spa visit?

For your health and safety, we ask that alcohol not  be consumed before or during your treatments.

Are cell phones allowed?

Yes, but should be on vibrate to keep the atmosphere quiet and relaxing for everyone.
